Curd(1/2 Cup)
Salt (as per taste)
Mint leaes(a few)
Cumin Powder(1/4)
Black Pepper( a pinch)

Blend the curd, cumin seeds powder, black pepper and salt together.Adjust consistency with water.
Garnish with mint leaves.
Serve chilled.

Mixed Vegetable Soup
Tomato(1/2 Cup)
Onion(1/4 Cup)
French beans(1/2 Cup)
Carrot (1/4 Cup)
Salt(to raste)
Black Pepper(a pinch)
Boil all the Vegetables, drain and keep the stock separately.
Blend them together and cook well.
add the vegetable stock and add seasonings.
Top with butter and serve hot
